2. Service Requests

Submitting a service request form or calling our phone number constitutes a request for service, not a binding contract. Service is confirmed when a technician is dispatched or an appointment is scheduled. Quoted prices are estimates and may change based on actual conditions found on-site.

3. Pricing & Payment

We provide price quotes before beginning work. Final pricing reflects the actual work performed. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Authorization to Perform Work

By requesting service, you represent that you are the property owner, authorized tenant, or have legal authorization to request locksmith services on the property. We reserve the right to request proof of identification and authorization before performing any service. We will not perform services we reasonably believe are unauthorized.

5. Limitation of Liability

Practical Locksmith Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or property. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. 6. Warranty

We warranty our labor for 30 days from the date of service. Hardware and parts are subject to manufacturer warranties. Warranty service requires proof of original service receipt.

7. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments may be cancelled without penalty with at least 2 hours advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled non-emergency appointments may be subject to a service call fee.
